Research Use Only Disclosure

1. Intended use

All compounds sold by Ethos Bio, LLC ("Ethos Bio") are intended exclusively for in-vitro and laboratory research use only. Per 21 CFR § 201.128, the "intended use" of these articles, as established by Ethos Bio in this disclosure, is laboratory research and analytical reference only.

2. What these products are not

• They are not drugs, pharmaceuticals, or biologics as defined under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.
• They are not dietary supplements as defined under the Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act (DSHEA).
• They are not food, cosmetics, or medical devices.
• They are not intended for the diagnosis, treatment, cure, mitigation, or prevention of any disease or medical condition in humans or animals.
• They are not produced under FDA-enforced sterility, endotoxin, or pyrogen thresholds applicable to therapeutic agents.
• They are not intended for human or veterinary consumption, administration, or any in-vivo use of any kind.

3. Buyer certifications

By placing an order or accessing the Ethos Bio catalog, the purchaser certifies, represents, and warrants that:

• The purchaser is 21 years of age or older.
• The purchaser is a qualified researcher, scientist, laboratory professional, or institutional buyer purchasing on behalf of a research institution.
• The compounds purchased will be used solely for in-vitro laboratory research, analytical reference, or other lawful research purpose.
• The purchaser will not consume, ingest, inject, inhale, or otherwise administer Ethos Bio compounds to any human or animal subject.
• The purchaser will not resell, repackage, or otherwise distribute Ethos Bio compounds for purposes inconsistent with this disclosure.
• The purchaser will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations governing the possession, use, and disposal of research chemicals.

4. Documentation

Every Ethos Bio shipment includes a signed Certificate of Analysis (COA) specific to the lot received. The COA documents HPLC purity, LC-MS identity confirmation, water content, synthesis and testing dates, and shipping temperature log. COAs are mirrored to the purchaser's Researcher Portal account at the time of lot release.

5. No medical advice

Ethos Bio does not provide reconstitution instructions, dosing recommendations, therapeutic protocols, or any guidance regarding the use of these compounds in humans or animals. Any information published by Ethos Bio — including journal articles, mechanism briefs, and product specifications — is provided for research-design purposes only and does not constitute medical, scientific, regulatory, or legal advice.

6. Shipping restrictions

Ethos Bio reserves the right to refuse, restrict, or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including based on shipping destination, purchaser verification status, or any indication that the intended use is inconsistent with this disclosure. Ethos Bio does not ship to jurisdictions where the sale of research peptides is prohibited.

7. Disclaimer of warranty

Ethos Bio compounds are sold "as is" for research use. No warranty, express or implied, is made regarding fitness for a particular therapeutic, medicinal, or clinical purpose. The full Terms of Sale govern all commercial transactions.

8. Limitation of liability

Ethos Bio shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the misuse of any compound supplied by Ethos Bio, including but not limited to use inconsistent with this disclosure. Liability, where it exists, shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific lot in question.

9. Acknowledgment

Every checkout at ethosbioresearch.com requires affirmative acknowledgment of this disclosure prior to order placement. That acknowledgment, together with the order record, constitutes the purchaser's binding certification of the representations in Section 3.
