01Temperature-controlled standard

Every Ethos Bio shipment leaves our facility in temperature-controlled packaging with a continuous data logger inside the insulated cooler. The logger records temperature at one-minute intervals throughout transit. On delivery, the log is uploaded to your Researcher Portal account and appended to the lot's Certificate of Analysis so you can audit transit conditions before opening the seal.

03Order processing

Orders placed before 2:00 PM MST on a business day typically ship the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff, or on weekends and holidays, ship the next business day. You will receive a tracking notification by email and inside your Researcher Portal once the shipping label is generated. Reagents are dispatched only after lot-release verification by our QC team — usually within hours, occasionally up to one business day if additional documentation is in progress.

04Signature requirement

All shipments require an adult signature at delivery. If no one is available to sign, the carrier will leave a notice and reattempt delivery the next business day. After three attempts, the package will be returned to Ethos Bio. Reshipment to the original address is available at standard rates. Researchers may request a hold for pickup at a local UPS or FedEx facility before delivery.

05Where we ship

We currently ship to the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada. We do not ship to U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, U.S. Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands), APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or P.O. boxes (a physical address is required for signature delivery).

We do not ship internationally outside Canada at this time. We do not ship to states or jurisdictions where the possession of research peptides is restricted by local law; verification of legality in your jurisdiction is the buyer's responsibility.

06State and address restrictions

Certain states or zip codes may be unavailable depending on our merchant processor's compliance requirements. If your order is affected, our system will notify you at checkout. Ethos Bio reserves the right to refuse any shipment at its discretion.

07Reagent Continuity Program

Researchers enrolled in Reagent Continuity receive predictive resupply from a single verified batch. We reserve the next vial of your pinned lot at the time you enroll and ship it on the schedule you select — typically every two, four, or eight weeks. Continuity orders ship at the Standard Shipping rate, identical to one-off orders. You may pause or cancel continuity at least 72 hours before the next scheduled refill.

08Damage, temperature excursion, missing items

Inspect every shipment immediately on delivery. If the package shows visible damage, missing items, or a temperature-log irregularity (e.g., the logger recorded temperatures outside the specified window), contact support@ethosbioresearch.com within five (5) business days. Include your order number and a photo of the damaged item or temperature log.

We will replace any vial that arrives below specification at no cost, from the next available verified batch. Unopened compounds with valid temperature logs that test below the published purity threshold qualify for replacement under the same policy.

09Refused, undeliverable, returned shipments

If a shipment is refused, returned by the carrier as undeliverable, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the buyer, Ethos Bio may charge a $28 reshipment fee plus the cost of the new temperature-controlled pack. Reagents that have left temperature-controlled conditions may not be reshipped and are subject to Section 6 of the Terms of Sale (no returns).

10Customs (international orders)

Canadian orders ship with full commercial documentation and an HS code classifying the contents as research reagents. Buyers are responsible for any import duties, customs broker fees, or taxes assessed by their country. Refused or rejected international shipments are not refundable.

11Track your shipment

Every order generates a tracking number, viewable in your Researcher Portal and in the shipping confirmation email. Live transit-temperature data is available in the portal beginning at handoff to the carrier.
