CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin
A GHRH analog paired with a selective ghrelin-receptor agonist — the most-studied dual-pathway growth-hormone research combination.
Research Overview
This blend combines two compounds that act on separate receptors within the same axis. CJC-1295 without DAC (also called Mod GRF 1-29) is a modified GHRH(1-29) analog studied for binding at the GHRH receptor on somatotroph cells.
Ipamorelin is a selective pentapeptide agonist at the growth-hormone secretagogue receptor (ghrelin receptor), noted in the literature for its selectivity — minimal reported effect on cortisol or prolactin compared with earlier secretagogues.
