02Mechanism of Action

KLOW is the GLOW blend with the addition of KPV, the C-terminal tripeptide of α-MSH. Where GLOW’s three constituents are studied in repair and matrix signaling, KPV research centres on NF-κB inhibition and pro-inflammatory cytokine expression.

The stated rationale for the four-compound form is to place repair-pathway and inflammatory-pathway compounds in one preparation for combined in-vitro work. KPV’s reported activity appears largely independent of melanocortin receptors, pointing to an intracellular mechanism.

As with GLOW, no published literature characterises the combination itself. Research framing rests on the individual constituent literature.

05FAQ

What is in KLOW?

KLOW is a single lyophilized vial containing BPC-157 10 mg, GHK-Cu 50 mg, TB-500 10 mg and KPV 10 mg — 80 mg total peptide content.

How does KLOW differ from GLOW?

KLOW is the same three-compound GLOW base with KPV 10 mg added. KPV is studied for NF-κB and inflammatory-signaling modulation, which the other three are not.

Is there research on the KLOW combination itself?

No. Published research covers the four constituents individually. Ethos Bio makes no claims about the combination.

How should KLOW be stored?

KLOW ships lyophilized and should be handled per standard research-peptide practice — kept cold, protected from light and moisture, and reconstituted only for laboratory use. Cold-chain handling is used where required. For research use only.

Is KLOW approved for human use?

No. KLOW is sold strictly for laboratory research use only and is not a drug or supplement. It is not approved for human or veterinary use or consumption.

How is KLOW tested at Ethos Bio?

Every lot is independently verified by Kovera Labs on a third-party analytical panel — RP-HPLC purity and HPLC-MS identity confirmation — and a lot-specific certificate of analysis issued to Ethos Bio ships with the vial. See How We Test for the full methodology.
