Mechanism of action

CJC-1295 with DAC is a modified GHRH(1-29) analog bearing a Drug Affinity Complex (DAC) that binds serum albumin, substantially extending its circulating half-life in research models compared with the no-DAC version.

As a GHRH-receptor agonist it is studied for sustained stimulation of the growth-hormone axis.
