Mechanism of action

Thymosin Alpha-1 is a 28-amino-acid N-terminally acetylated peptide derived from the thymic protein prothymosin alpha. Research focuses on its role in T-cell maturation and differentiation and modulation of Toll-like receptors (TLR2, TLR9) on dendritic cells.
